Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Change of mind is not a valid reason for a return. Non-faulty items are not eligible to be refunded, however a store credit will be issued once your item is received back at our facility and is deemed to be non-faulty.


To be eligible for a return the product must be:

A) deemed to have a manufacturing fault and/or

B) different from what was pictured or described


For your return to be successful:

  • All products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase being delivered.

  • All labels are still attached on the product (including the care instructions, size tags).

  • Products must not smell or be marked of perfume, cologne, deodorant, make-up, fake tan, petrol, coolant, rubber, oil or grease etc.

  • The product must not be altered in any way.


Some of our items are non-refundable and are listed below under ‘non-returnable items’.

Non-refundable items:

  • Gift vouchers

  • Faulty or broken items that have been damaged by the customer

  • Used stickers or banners

  • Items that are not in their original condition


The customer is responsible for shipping and handling for return. If a refund is to be issued, provided a reasonable shipping cost is incurred, this will be included in the refund/store credit.
